A Pathway To Understanding Anger
Anger is a natural human emotion felt by everyone, however, many individuals lack the education and necessary tools needed for restraining angry impulses. Anger Management Pathways offers Classes and Individual Sessions to assist participants with understanding anger, help them identify triggers that leads to anger outbursts, help them manage anger in their relationship and provide anger behavior control techniques. The goal of Anger Management Pathways is help individuals create healthy expressions of anger. This certified anger management program is nationally recognized through the National Anger Management Association. The anger management classes and individual sessions fulfill court mandated requirements and are court approved.
About Instructor

Michelle Brown holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. Michelle is credentialed as an, Anger Management Specialist-I (CAMS-I), Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Domestic Violence Specialist-I (CDVS-I), Certified Mental Health Coach and Poetry Therapy Practitioner intraining. She is a member of the National Anger Management Association, and has held a position on the board of directors of the New Jersey Domestic Violence Coalition for Communities of Color. Michelle is also trained in several specialties such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma and Crisis Intervention.
